Confidential Client | Track Improvements
Patrick designed and built two (2) new railroad storage tracks served by the CSX mainline for a confidential manufacturing facility. The construction of the tracks required expansion of the existing rail embankment into the adjacent wetlands. The embankment was constructed using 135,000 cubic yards from an on-site borrow source that also served as the runoff storage basins. For the design portion of the project, Patrick completed the permitting, hydraulic calculations, drainage, and rail design. Patrick was responsible for all facets of the project and constructed the project safely and on schedule.
