Confidential Client | Wastewater Tank Design-Build Replacement
Patrick designed and built a replacement 285,000-gallon wastewater surge tank for an industrial manufacturing facility in western Illinois. The new tank was built to API 650 standards and a secondary concrete containment system was added. To construct the tank, Patrick had to maintain temporary service to the facility and accomplished this by building a temporary storage tank and the associated infrastructure. As part of the design-build project, Patrick performed design services for this project including the civil and structural design of the secondary containment, mechanical design of the piping and infrastructure, and the associated electrical, instrumentation, and controls design.
