Confidential Client | Cooler Addition
Patrick partnered with a food manufacturer to design the expansion of an existing facility that included a new raw material storage cooler. Developing the plans required a subsurface utility investigation and topographic survey that were used to create a base map of existing conditions. A geotechnical investigation was also performed in order to ascertain soil and groundwater conditions. Patrick provided the site/civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans to the client. In addition to the design Patrick provided code and permit review, a project schedule, and a budgetary cost of construction.
