Equipment Manufacturing Facility | Employee Parking Lot
Patrick designed a new 66,000 square-foot parking lot to address the client's need for employee parking at their existing facility. The new parking lot provides nearly 200 parking spaces. Additional features included a pedestrian crosswalk with signs and signals, lighting for parking lot and crosswalk, a stormwater detention basin to offset the new impervious parking area, and landscaping in the form of parking islands and a screening berm. Patrick provided the topographic survey and geotechnical investigation for the project site, which included some flood-prone areas and assisted in obtaining a wetland delineation report for the project.
